About Suxens
Our mission
Doctors, midwives, nurses, therapists and other healthcare professionals trained in the EU who want to work in France face recognition procedures that differ from one profession to another, and it's easy to lose track of which one applies to you. That's the gap Suxens fills: we help each professional identify the procedure and the competent authority that apply to them, and put them in touch with healthcare employers in France who are actively hiring.

Spain, Italy, Romania and the German-speaking countries each come with their own administrative quirks, and we've written dedicated guides for exactly those cases — though our audience really spans the whole EU.
Our editorial team
Behind every guide is an editorial team split by specialty — Kimberley (general procedures), Antonio (automatic recognition for nurses), Lucas (physiotherapy and occupational therapy), Laura (automatic recognition for midwives) They keep every guide grounded in the Directive 2005/36/EC and cross-check procedures against service-public.fr.
